When calling to report an absence, please be sure to include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your relationship to the student
  • Student's first and last name
  • Student's grade and teacher
  • Date of your student's absence
  • Reason for student's absence

Pick Up & Drop Off Maps
 

  • Doors open at 8:55 a.m.
  • Bus Drop Off and Pick Up will be on Gilead Ave.
  • Parent Drop Off and Pick Up is on Gilboa Ave. ONLY, with the wrap-around line extending around the block on 19th St.
  • Parents need to remain in their car during Drop Off and Pick Up
  • If a parent wants to walk their student to the building, they must exit the Drop Off line and park
  • Be prepared to supply your Authorization Pick Up Pass or ID to staff, no student will be released without verifying identification
